One of my financial goals this year was to set up an amazon associates account. I successfully did that several months ago for my Hier Films YouTube page and I've now got three qualifying purchases on my account and have made $35... Holla!
It seems like nothing but it's huge because it authorizes my account to stay open!
If you click into this video you'll see in the description the Amazon links. What's awesome about this program is I get credit for any sales through these links, so two of my qualifying purchases weren't even products that I was talking about... I believe they were ink cartridges and a bed frame. 😂
Passive revenue streams are what I'm working hard to establish over the next few months and I hope to share some of that knowledge with you all. So, if you're interested in supporting me and buying anything on Amazon it would be helpful to me if you clicked through and used my links before making your purchases! Let me know if you have any questions and if I can help you out.

The upside to living out in Union, MO till our bus is fully completed and we hit the road is this morning we got to attend the demolition of the old Route 47 Missouri River Bridge in Washington, MO. I got a great angle of the demolition along with a crowd reaction shot. It's crazy to experience the sound delay of the blast.

Yesterday reminded me of days like this! It’s was rainy 🌧 and cold 🥶 in the morning but cleared up to sunny ☀️ skies and windy 💨, beautiful outside.

Once the weather changed we started to making a ton of progress on the 🚌. Dinette is finally taking shape and the countertop is just about to be put in place!
•
It was our first day of working on the bus without our work obligations hanging over us!

If you want to see our progress thus far follow and you’ll be able to keep up with our adventures ahead too. @ Castor River Shut Ins

This was the first time I took the driver’s seat of our 🚌. And you can see my nervousness on my face... 😂 as I put it into gear for the first time.

Monica Tirre and I took it as a positive sign that this bus was in a cemetery. We love exploring old grave sites together, finding ones that have been abandoned and overgrown for years. Salem is even on our travel list this year. It was also ready to thunderstorm ⛈ when we made the purchase. I had to test drive it in the rain and we took three different major highways in Saint Louis to get it home. 😆

Life is going to get uncomfortable and nerve-racking regardless of the task at hand. The trick is to be pursuing what you actually want to be doing. You’re in control!

snapped this sequence at the end of the summer. We waded around the spring waters, hiked a bit, and had one last 🌞 filled day of the season.
At one point along the creek it looked fairly safe to jump into the water. But I was too scared to make the jump. There were large rocks under the water on either side of the deep gap and the doubt and the “what ifs” crept into my mind.
I had those nervous feelings and I just couldn’t shake them. After twenty minutes of internal contemplation sitting on the bank I said to myself, “F**k it, I’m done living my life in fear, and I’m going to start doing the things I desire to do in life.”
This was a big pivot point for me. I jumped four times after that first leap. I also pulled my neck... and it took a few weeks to heal. 😂 Moral of the story use your best judgement and go for it. Do the s**t you’ve always wanted to do. Be Fearless. @ Castor River Shut Ins

It’s moments like this I know I’ll look back on down the road.
This next month will mark two years of organizing, “Film Everything,” which is a MeetUp I started at the beginning of 2017, and now we’re over 1,200 members. We’ve average 25 attendees at our monthly meetings this year. I remember a few times only having a handful of attendees at points in 2017, but I didn’t let that discourage me.
If you provide enough value in exchange for others’ time or money, whatever it be, and you do it consistently enough, you’ll begin to see success.
If something isn’t working you need to adjust and not blame outside factors.
I spoke to a group of 24 this week on Goal Setting for 2019, perhaps it’s an audience of 1,000 in 2024. Get long-term vision, you plan on living right?
Get organized and focused, and remember you are worthy of your fullest potential, and your dreams are waiting for you to pursue them.
