I see a lot of slightly bent derailluer hangers come thru my work bench. An off hanger can cause some of the most infuriating shifting issues. Often times you don't think to take a step back and look at it from the back. While this video is about getting off the trail after bending one, the tips are valid for if the bike falls over in the garage. DON'T WANT TO DO IT YOURSELF? GIVE IT TO ME! I've got a derailleur alignment guage and can fix it, along with many of your other issues.
