Cold Weather Tips: Don’t let frozen pipes catch you off guard this winter! Follow these essential steps to keep your home safe and warm:

1. 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬: Protect outdoor faucets with hose bib covers to prevent freezing.

2. 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬: Learn how to shut off your water valves in case of a pipe burst.

3. 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐬: Let heat reach un-insulated pipes under sinks and appliances by keeping doors and cabinets open.

4. 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐩 𝐅𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐬: Allow water to drip overnight, especially from faucets on outside walls, to reduce freezing risk.
