Homelessness in the Philadelphia area is on the rise.

What’s often overlooked? It affects all kinds of people; individuals, families, children. There’s no single “type” of person experiencing homelessness, just neighbors who could use a little more kindness.

A care package won’t solve homelessness.

✔️ But it does provide essentials.
✔️ It does reduce harm.
✔️ It does create conversation and connection.

Change happens in systems, but it also starts with small, consistent acts of care. Join us as we continue creating meaningful conversations and spreading awareness around an issue that is too often misunderstood.

❄️ Winter is one of the most dangerous seasons for people experiencing homelessness, not because of one single factor, but because of how many challenges stack up at once.

Cold weather, limited shelter availability, and fewer safe spaces make daily survival harder. That’s why outreach is especially critical in February.

Choosing love means understanding the reality, staying informed, and supporting efforts that keep our neighbors safe and seen. 🤍

Every year, thousands of kids in Philadelphia face homelessness. 💛 No child should have to wonder where they’ll sleep tonight.
