If you haven’t visited Vista Verde Ranch it’s a must see. So much fun and beauty and they feed you well!

Kenai and Sitka--These two gorgeous Belgian drafts are 14 and 13 year old brothers. They came to us from an Amish family with wagon and sleigh training. You can find these two in front of our wagon in the summer and pulling our sleigh in the winter. They feed the entire herd all winter long by pulling nearly 1000 pounds of weight into the pasture each afternoon. While very similar, you can spot Kenai by the hook in his nose strip. He is also a bit more cuddly than Sitka. Together, these brothers make a great team.

Love me a game of Sunday polo in Santa Barbara... if I lived there I think it would be my weekend ritual!

Jumping up for joy today with anticipation on all the fun ahead! Heading to LAX to pick up someone very special and then racing to a fun match of polo! Whoop whoop! This picture was taken in the south of France and Bri he back so many great memories!

Someone asked me what was my why in photography! I think what I love most about photography is that a picture captures a moment, a feeling, an emotion a connection in time and can bring you back to that at anytime! Have you ever looked back at a photo and it automatically brought a huge smile to your face? I have... and I love that feeling! I love all the connections I have captured, but I’m also loving all the connections I’m making with the subjects and all the joy it brings me to look back on them!

I can’t think of anything I love more than a horse all braided up! Well maybe a ride on the beach with him...Happy Monday everyone!

I love it when the guys open up about their hobbies and goal during a shoot! This senior is off to Colorado for college and is a man after my own heart. He will be studying criminology and fly fishing in his spare time, I love it!
