Well, Kat's dream trip to Mongolia has had a bit of a twist to it. At least she got to ride the camels and the horses, and see a LOT of beautiful countryside before breaking a couple ribs. From the looks of the aftermath, it could have been a lot worse. She's in good hands. Updates as they become available.

My foot definitely feels a lot better without this piece of glass in it.

I'm reminded of a little story from our Charity Tour with Vlad in the summer of '14. We were working with a couple dozen kids that were being treated for a very rare and deadly disease, and seeing how they interacted with each other and took care of each other, and I thought to myself, "You know, if we could replace everyone in Washington, D.C. with these kids, we would have a lot fewer problems."

The next day, we were working with a group of special kids at a school for kids with Down Syndrome, and that thought came back to me. "You know, we could replace everyone in a position of power in our government with THESE kids, and have a lot fewer problems."

Don't mind me. I'm just here to mention that I'm looking to buy some stickers, so my feed will be flooded with ads.

We had an amazing time at Kearney Renaissance Faire. Immense gratitude to the staff, vendors, performers, and patrons who made it magical.

Took a little side trip on our drive to Ely, Nevada.

A little off-highway excursion in search of Lunar Crater. Northern Nevada, off of Highway 6, in a car not exactly suited for off-road driving. The scenery is beautiful.
