Its easy to forget. But try to keep one foot, even a toe in that place where you are always you. Now lets dance though this day, pirouette around the curmudgeons and find the others. Our volunteer Technicians will help repair/refurbish/refresh technology for redeployment at no cost to qualified children, students, and families in need.

You will undoubtedly learn and share knowlege from the experience.

Depending on experience,
duties may include:

Sorting of various cables
Removing, logging wiping, organizing, and securing drives
Removal of decals markings and other Benchmarking Testing/monitoring
Assist in pick up and delivery (optional)
Cleaning and sorting of laptop bags
Strip non-operational or incomplete machines for reusable parts (RAM, HDDs, power supplies, CPUs, motherboards etc.)
Sorting and storing of interchangeable
Run clean but clean before you run.
Tidying storage bins workstations
Cleaning equipment Bins

TechMentors hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm. This position is available any time within these hours, with a minimum 3 hour time commitment. To earn a laptop or desktop computer, 15 hours of volunteer work must be completed. Upon completion of 15 hours, volunteers will receive a certificate of appreciation and a refurbished computer. We need a couple of people to help us clean up left over building materials, wood scraps and general trash from a the yard of a home in the Faye Bainbridge area on Bainbridge Island. We will have a truck and trailer with hitch. But if you have a truck it could help cut down on the time and trips. We will pay 20/hour and the whole job should not take more than 3 hours. If you cannot work the whole 3 hours we still can use the help.|

Any expenses associated with trips to the landfill, gas, fees, etc. will be paid by us.

We immediately need 1 more person to work on a property picking up left over wood scraps boards trash etc. general clean up. If everybody shows up, probably about 4 hours. If we like you and you like us, we have several things that will need attention after the clean up. General Handyman duties. Hourly and per job pay negotiable on Repairs.
