What an incredible morning last Friday!

The State of Aztec Business Breakfast brought together over 70 people for an inspiring morning of updates, community connection, and real conversation about the future of Aztec and San Juan County.

We were honored to hear from an outstanding lineup of speakers including Community Development Director Andrew DiCamillo, State Senator Steve Lanier, Dr. Tim Gibbs with Four Corners Economic Development, Carmen Martinez with the Farmington - Small Business Development Center SBDC, Brett Lanier with Basin Disposal, Alex Kennedy with the Aztec Downtown Association, Deputy Superintendent Jonathan Acrey with Aztec Schools, and Peggy McWilliams with Pioneer Heights Homes. Thank you to Jason Cortez for serving as our emcee and keeping the morning running smoothly.

Thank you to the Friends of Aztec Seniors and the Community and the entire Senior Center community for putting together such a delicious breakfast. You made the morning even better and we are so grateful.

This event was so well received that we have already scheduled our next one for November — mark your calendars. We also have two more scheduled for 2027 so this is just the beginning.

A huge thank you to our sponsors Four Corners Economic Development, Pioneer Heights, Kare Drug, and AK MFG. This event would not have happened without your support.

If you are interested in sponsoring, speaking, or getting involved in our next State of Aztec Business Breakfast, please reach out to us. We are so proud to be in a position to bring quality events like this to our community and surrounding region.
See you at the next one!
