Aztec Urgent Care is currently seeking a full time medical receptionist to join our team! 5 days a week, our shifts run about 11 hours a day. This position is eligible for benefits (Medical, Dental/Vision, IRA, PTO). Reception and or medical experience helpful, not required! We will train the right person for the job. Applicants should be able to thrive in high pace environments, have a strong ability to multitask, be computer literate/proficient in Microsoft programs, maintain team oriented mindset, have excellent customer service skills, and a reliable work ethic. Position includes patient registration, answering phones, insurance verification, payment collection, following/enforcing COVID protocols, maintaining overall flow of clinic processes during your shifts, etc. If interested, applications can be found at www.durangourgentcare.com, these should be emailed OR dropped off at the clinic during business hours. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Durango Urgent Care | Urgent Care Clinic Durango Urgent Care clinic provides immediate attention in the treatment of any non-life threatening illness or injury. Walk-in patients welcome.

If you are experiencing ANY cold and/or flu symptoms that could potentially be the COVID-19 virus, patients can get a rapid COVID test during an urgent care visit! Results come back in 20 minutes! 99.9% Accuracy with a positive test and 98.2% accuracy with a negative test. Your evaluation in clinic and the COVID test are covered by your insurance. We accept New Mexico Medicaid plans, Medicare plans, and private insurance! If you do not have medical insurance of any kind, you may qualify for the Cares grant! Ask our receptionist for more information on this.

We see patients on a first come, first served basis from 8 am-6 pm! Call from your vehicle in our parking lot to register for your visit with our provider on staff! We have protocols in place to keep you and your family safe!

Please note: We are not providing rapid COVID testing to patients who are not showing symptoms at this time!

Aztec Urgent Care now has Rapid Covid testing available with results in 15 minutes! 99.9% Accuracy with a positive test and 98.2% accuracy with a negative test.
Testing is 100% covered by insurance if you have symptoms or if you have had a possible exposure to someone with Covid.
If you have no insurance, it is also 100% covered, we have federal funding for your visit and test.
