Late post! But we had a blast at 3rd grade’s Ice Cream Social & Signing Party! 🥳 One last hoorah before these fun kiddos move on up to Park Ave. We’re going to miss seeing your smiling faces at McCoy! 🧡🐾

🤠Another Cowboy Day in the books!🤠
All the little McCoy cowboys and cowgirls joined PTO in participating in Wild West activities like stick horse races, horseshoe games, and roping. 🐴🐮📿

Field Day is almost here! 🏃🏻‍♀️☀️🏃🏻
Please make sure your child comes dressed and ready for fun! Students should wear comfortable clothes they can move easily in and TENNIS SHOES for all activities. Some events require proper athletic shoes in order to participate safely.
Don’t forget a water bottle, sunscreen, and lots of energy. It’s going to be a GREAT time! 🐯

📣 3rd grade families are invited to the 3rd Grade Send Off Party! 🤠
This Friday (5/15) from 4-6
•Free for all 3rd grade families
•PTO will be running $1 snack concession

We had lots going on for Teacher Appreciation Week! 🐯
Every day of the week, we drew one staff name for our Daily Gift Card Drawing to places like 550 Pizza, Rubia’s, and Chick-Fil-A. We also drew names for six students daily to come to the office to help us pass out sweet Tiger Thanks notes and candy bars to teachers/staff members of their choice.
✨We started Monday (May the Fourth Be With You ✨) with gifting each classroom Dial hand soap that was donated to us by Dial and PTO Today. Huge thanks for that!
⏳We followed that up with the Gift of Time Monday and Tuesday. Teachers signed up for a 20 min time slot to drop their class off with us in our portable so they could take a well deserved break. We played bingo with the kids and had lots of wiggle/dance parties!
🍿Wednesday, we created a Popcorn Bar for staff in the Teacher’s Lounge.
🥪Thursday saw PTO setting up sandwiches, chips, and drinks for a delicious staff lunch.
🍪Friday was Crumbl Cookie Day for a sweet treat!
We hope our staff and teachers know how much they mean to us, not just during Teacher Appreciation Week, but always! 🫶🏼
