Welcome our new Athletic Director, Coach Dusty Miles!

Hi, I’m Dusty Miles, and I am excited to serve as your new Athletic Director.

A little about me: I have been married to my beautiful wife, Britney, for nearly 11 years. She also serves as the front office secretary at ACS. Together, we have three amazing daughters who attend ACS: Audrie, who will be a senior; Collins, who will be in 4th grade; and Elliott, who will be in 1st grade.

I graduated from Springtown High School, where I played football, baseball, and ran track. I then continued my athletic career by playing four years of college baseball at Tarleton State University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hunting, traveling, and spending time with my family. I believe athletics play a vital role in developing character, leadership, discipline, and lifelong skills.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the ACS family and to contribute to the continued success of our students and athletic program. I look forward to building relationships with our students, families, coaches, and staff as we work together to create an exceptional athletic experience for all of our athletes.

Class of 2026 ✌️

Today was elementary’s first Young Authors Day!

Every student from PK–5th grade became an author and illustrator by creating their very own storybooks. From imaginative adventures to heartfelt lessons, our students worked so hard to bring their ideas to life, and we could not be more proud of them.

Throughout the day, students partnered with six different classes to share and read their stories with one another. It was such a sweet time of creativity, encouragement, and community as our students confidently shared their hard work with friends across campus.

We are so proud of them and all of their hard work!

We are incredibly proud to officially announce the top two students of the Class of 2026! Please join us in congratulating our Valedictorian and Salutatorian for their outstanding academic achievements, dedication, and leadership.

Our first annual Grass Bash was a HUGE success!! Thank you to the students and staff for playing and reffing in this crazy heat.

The kids are already planning their teams for next year❤️

Mrs. Collins’ 1st graders figured out that H-E-B markers are THE BEST MARKERS!!
She gifted them their own set of THE BEST MARKERS IN THE WORLD!! 💛💛💛

In the beginning of the year Mrs. Collins had one pack of HEB markers. The first graders came to realize these markers are brighter and more vibrant. Every time they did a new project, students were rushing to those markers. So Mrs. Collins bought each of them THE BEST MARKERS EVER- @heb markers for their summer gift :) Here’s their reaction 💛💛
