One of the church’s greatest resources are its songs of praise. Songs teach us good theology. Songs help us transcend the mundane and the distractions of life. Songs reflect God’s beauty. Songs allow our spirits to commune with God’s Spirit in a way that seems unique to anything else. They are an expression of our humanity that is also deeply divine. This year’s Summer Music Series gives us a chance to dig into our favorite worship songs, both hymns of old and songs written in the last year. Join us this summer for Worship at the Lake where we explore the height and depth of our most beloved songs of praise.
