Sometimes intuition is simple.
You already know something isn’t right for you.
You just don’t fully trust yourself yet.
Some people are carrying emotional responsibilities they took on so early in life that they mistake them for personality traits.
I think social media has created a generation of people who can explain trauma responses intellectually while still having no idea how to actually sit with difficult emotions in real time.
A lot of healing happens when the nervous system finally stops bracing for what it thinks is coming next.
You can often tell who spends too much time consuming healing content because they start describing every normal human experience as a trauma response, attachment wound, energetic block, or nervous system issue.
Some people become so focused on healing themselves that they forget they are also supposed to live their life.
Some people learned that keeping relationships meant staying quiet about what they actually felt.
The problem with consuming too much healing content is that eventually you start relating to yourself like a project instead of a person.
A lot of men carry emotional pain they have never spoken out loud because they learned vulnerability would cost them respect, connection, or safety.
Some spiritual spaces unintentionally train people to distrust their own judgment while becoming increasingly dependent on readers, teachers, coaches, psychics, or constant external validation.
