Stacks of painted papers, soft pastel layers, translucent stenciling, and creative chaos in the best possible way. 🎨✨
I’ve been playing with the 11 new Dylusions paint colors and ended up with 21 backgrounds on Dylusions mixed media Kraft and card stock, book pages, vintage music sheets, and texture.
These colors were made to play together. 💜

💛 61/100 The 100 day project
Today’s altered Rolodex card + a little question for you.
I’ve been keeping these cards on a vintage Rolldex that spins, but lately I’ve been wondering if the file box/archive style Rolldex fits the project better. The stacked layers and colors together feel a little like a tiny art library.
Which would you choose:
the spinner or the file box?

Day 60/100 Soft power ✨
An altered playing card layered with vintage paper, distressed edges, soft neutrals, and touches of gold ink that catch the light. I wanted this one to feel quiet but grounded with delicate details and a strong presence underneath.
Layers + texture + tiny metallic moments always get me. 🤎

💛59/100 The 100 Day Project
Still behind. Still making things anyway.
Today’s card started with blue roses and slowly built itself from there. layers of old tissue, soft paint, lace, splatters, and worn edges all finding their place one piece at a time.
I needed this reminder today:
to keep believing in slow progress.
in unfinished projects.
in creativity that doesn’t always arrive on schedule.
Some days, the only thing to do is keep showing up and add another layer.

🌿 58/100 The 100 Day Project
A little behind now, but still making things anyway.
This card came together slowly with torn paper, soft pink layers, ink splatters, and an old flower image that felt too beautiful not to use. I kept adding worn edges and scraps until it started to feel like something rescued and kept.
I think that’s part of this project for me. Showing up even when I’m not caught up, even when the ideas feel quieter, and trusting that the layers eventually find each other.
Not every piece needs to shout to matter.
