Jade Ceramic coatings are now available at Vail Valley Auto Shine inside our 25ft x 50ft enclosed garage starting at $1200 for a new vehicle and about $1400 for vehicles that need some paint correction and then the coating. We recently coated these 3 vehicles (2020 Corvette, 2020 GMC, 2018 Escalade) with Jade Quartz which is guaranteed for 5 years. 2-3 hours of prep work and 3-5 hours of coating with 2 layers of ceramic coating. Deeper shine, less maintenance and hydrophobic to protect from the elements in our harsh Winters here in the Valley. Also registered with Carfax. Congrats to Team Richards for bringing home a 2nd place at the Vail Automotive Classic in a tough 1975-present Euro Sport Class for their 2006 Mercedes SLK w 80,000 miles. Vail Valley Auto Shine has been lucky to be able to detail it for the last 4 years and prepare it for the Auto Show. It was fun to see some amazing vehicles and thanks for helping at VVAS. @ Vail, Colorado

Here is a vehicle that came in recently for a full detail. It is very common on our vehicles in the mountains to have contamination on the vehicle from sap, road grime, brake dust and other environmental contaminants. You can see in the picture the purple streaks that are from an iron remover we use. There are usually red/orange dots on the side of your vehicle behind the tires and on the rear of the vehicle, If you run your hand over your vehicle paint surface and its rough there is some type of material on the paint and will need to be properly removed, it won't just wash off. We use the iron remover and a clay bar for all of our detail packages to remove all of the contaminants before we do any paint correction by buffing, polishing and wax.
