Revolution Power Yoga

Today, we honor Juneteenth—a day to reflect on freedom, resilience, and progress. We recognize the ongoing journey toward equality and remain committed to embracing and supporting people from all walks of life. Together, we build stronger communities when everyone feels a sense of belonging.

There are a few spots left for this Sunday's sound bath with Kayla Weber on June 28 from 5 to 6 p.m.

Lay back and relax while receiving healing frequencies from seven crystal singing bowls, multiple gongs, and other instruments. You will be gently guided through a short meditation to start then invited to simply receive the vibrations from the instruments.

On Saturday, July 18th from 12-1pm, join Rachel Glowacki, author of All Through the Crown, for a special family class featuring interactive read-alouds, singing, breathing, and other favorite stories brought to life through movement and play.

Move, sing, breathe, and connect together through story, music, and mindful movement. Perfect for families with young children.

Join Alexa Maestranzi for Yoga Nidra this Thursday, June 18 from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation,” usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis).

This practice can be suitable for absolutely anyone but has immense value for those suffering from:
⭐ sleep deprivation
⭐ trauma
⭐ anxiety or depression
