Another remodel complete! I loved working on this project! 😍Opened up the family room and kitchen to create an open concept for this very active family.

Floor to ceiling stone elements on the fireplace with new lighting and fan now make this room great for entertaining. All new flooring flows into the kitchen and ties in the new finishes. New appliances, cabinetry, fixtures, hardware and paint together with the owners selection of lighting= happy homeowners!

Condo Reno!!! So much fun selecting all the materials and working with the crews on this downtown Austin Condo. We were able to check off the clients wish list while keeping the budget in check;) More pics coming soon...

New face lift complete for this 1970's well loved home. This large family loves gathering where every family does, in the kitchen yet they didn't have the space to cook or entertain. It lacked style and was loaded with old honey oak cabinets, florescent lighting, formica countertops and laminate flooring. With only a 50k budget we wiped the slate clean updating the kitchen, powder bath, dinning room and utility room. Emory Lane Design created a new layout removing the wall between the kitchen and dinning room and relocated the appliances allowing for traffic to flow. Creating a new partition wall to service the new range, additional cabinets and counter space also helped create a barrier and added privacy for the only downstairs bathroom. We redesigned and updated the once exposed utility room and were able to add a mudroom for the family off the garage entrance. Thank you to Helton Remodeling for working with me on this thrifty project. Hope this new space allows for many enjoyable family memories to be made!

Bright and beautiful pool bath. I used honed and polished travertine in different sizes for the floor and shower. Went with a wall mounted faucet and cut the granite top to be the perfect backsplash. Love the lighting but my favorite part is the refurbished antique cabinet revitalized for the space!

Manly retreat! We used dark wood floors and heavy rock in this family lounge space. Custom drapes with complimenting pillows help soften the space with a fun swank rug and custom linen couch and ottoman.

Using rich granite tops with a rough cut travertine back splash created this rustic bar. I used bronze hardware with the decorative wire inserts on the cabinetry to add the perfect accent to the space.

I used beautiful marble countertops to go with a vein cut travertine that flows on the floors, walls and shower all in different cuts. Lavish drapery and lighting complete the space for that Spa feeling every Master Suite should have.
