March Matters

Today (March 3) is election day for the Texas Primary Election! Polls are open across the state from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. local time, and voters who are in line before 7 p.m. and remain in line will be allowed to cast their vote.

Texas has the second-lowest voter turnout in the country. Because of this, in 2024, only 3% of voters decided 97% of elections. But the November election isn't the only one you need to be voting in. In fact, your vote is 3.5x more powerful in the primary election in March relative to the general in November.

Election Day is tomorrow! Make a plan to get out and vote and have your voice heard!

TODAY is the last day of early voting for the Texas Primary election! Remember, as long as you are in line by the time your polling station is set to close you will be allowed to vote! Additionally, while you are not permitted to bring any electronic devices into a polling booth, you may bring a piece of paper with notes on it to assist you.
