I choose to see beauty. I choose to see magic. I choose to see the truth of my own worth reflected in every corner of my life.

My sacred commitment is one date with myself every week. Sometimes it’s planned. Sometimes it is spontaneous and wild. Both feel delicious.

This time is about presence. Being fully in my body. Letting the mind soften its grip. Allowing joy and synchronicity to lead.

My self-dates often include mirror work , sensual dance, breathwork, wandering outdoors, conversations with nature, or a mineral bath that reminds my heart it is safe to open and be taken care of.

This relationship with myself has been the most meaningful one to cultivate. It’s helped me connect deeper to every other person in my life just by improving this relationship. This is the relationship that has never left me. The one that will walk me out of this world when the time comes. The one that has been with me since before time began. Why wouldn’t this be the most important relationship to cultivate?! When this concept hit me, I made a quick shift. And I watched the rest of my life improve around it.

I am choosing to fall in love with her again.
I notice that the more I honor these rituals, the more my standards rise. Respect becomes unwavering. Love becomes non-negotiable. Then I get to enter relationship with others needing nothing and feeling complete. This is how the alone feeling healed. Connection with myself and compassion on myself made me feel so held from the inside out.
