Studio: $1,011
1 Bedroom: $1,112
2 Bedroom: $1,415
Updated Income Guidelines
To qualify, your annual household income must fall within the following ranges:

2 People$39,560 – $64,560
3 People$47,600 – $72,600
4 People$55,640 – $80,640
5 People$62,120 – $87,120

🏠 Pro-Tip for New Residents: Before you put in a maintenance request for a lost outlet or light, check your Breaker Box!
If a circuit trips, simply:
1. Locate your panel (usually in a closet or hallway).
2. Look for the switch that isn’t aligned with the others.
3. Flip it all the way to ‘Off’ and then back to ‘On.’
It’s the quickest way to troubleshoot your home and get back to your day! 🛠️💡
