Bastille Security Group is currently hiring 15x Full-Time and 10x Part Time Non-Commissioned Security Officers for posts starting on January 1st, 2023.

Starting pay is $18/hourly.

Responsibilities:

-Monitor premises to deter theft, violence, or infractions of rules
-Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
-Report violators of premise rules and regulations
-Report persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
-Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
-Report to 911 any Police, Fire or EMS Emergencies

Qualifications:

-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have a smartphone such as an iPhone or Android device
-Must be able to read and write English
Ability to handle physical workload (standing or walking for 8 hours)
-The ability to take pictures and writes notes using an App
-Be able to communicate your observations in a Report

General Post Orders:

-Clock in and out of work, on time.
-Take pictures hourly of property using assigned App
-Write down notes of any damages or incidents
-Observe and Report Only, no physical contact
-Report to On Duty Patrol Supervisor any issues that may require assistance
-All coverage is 24 hours, you will either relieve another officer or be relieved by one.
-Be nice to people.

Bastille Security Group is seeking multiple Non Commissioned ($18/hr.) and Commissioned ($20/hr.) for Full Time work to become an integral part of our team. The selected individuals will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

Responsibilities:

-Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
-Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
-Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
-Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
-Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
-Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

​Qualifications:

-Must have a TXDPS issued card in hand with Non Commissioned or Commissioned Endorsements
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have a smartphone such as an iPhone or Android device
-Must be able to read and write English
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
-Familiarity with security equipment
-Ability to handle physical workload (standing for 5-6 hours)
-Strong attention to detail and articulating your observations

Applicants are applying for part-time positions (8-24 hours per week).
