Dear friends and family,

First, congratulations to Chris Gober and his team for a great campaign. I wish nothing but the best for him and his family and have offered my full support as he moves into the general election.

To my family, I am incredibly thankful and could not have done this without each of you! Your sacrifices were immense, and I am grateful for every one of them.

To my supporters and volunteers, I want you to know how incredibly humbled I am to have earned your trust and confidence. Although we didn’t win last night, we brought awareness to challenges faced by our farmers and ranchers, the burden on taxpayers caused by our national debt, and the continued risks associated with our international border with Mexico. I am confident that these issues will remain important to our District, our State, and our Nation. I am also confident Mr. Gober will focus on the needs of our rural communities.

I would also like to thank my fellow candidates for running your races in such an honorable way.

Finally, the silver lining of this campaign was getting to meet so many great people.
Texas will remain a great State because she is filled with great Americans! May God bless you and may God bless Texas!

Very Respectfully,
Colonel (Ret.) Scott MacLeod

TODAY IS ELECTION DAY. 🇺🇸 It’s March 3rd, and this is your moment. We enjoy freedoms in this country unlike any other in the world, freedoms paid for by the sacrifices of our men and women in uniform. There’s an old saying: "ideas have consequences, and bad ideas have victims." Today, you get a shot at choosing who serves in elected office and which ideas shape our future.

Out of 435 members of Congress, only 100 have ever worn the uniform, but over 1/3 are lawyers. We need leaders who have led troops, signed the front of a paycheck, made hard decisions, and lived with the consequences. Go vote. Honor the sacrifices that secured your freedom. And let’s send new leadership to Washington.

Today is the last day of early voting, folks! Get out there, get your family and neighbors out there. The results of this election will affect each and every one of us. Elect Republicans who will bring real change to Washington.

The Brazos Valley isn't a campaign stop for me; it's home! Nearly all of my endorsements come from leaders right here in this district, respected agricultural voices, retired military officers, and community leaders who know my record and my character.

From the infrastructure problem in Walker County to the housing affordability crisis in Austin, the water issues our farmers are facing, and our small counties, like Grimes County, are grappling with rapid growth. I understand these challenges because I’m connected here, I own rural property in Burleson County, my daughter is a proud Texas A&M Class of ’25 graduate, and I trained at RELLIS before leading troops during Hurricane Harvey.

I also understand the critical role Texas A&M plays in research, agriculture, and national security, and I will fight to ensure federal dollars come back to strengthen our communities. Deep roots matter. Real relationships matter. And I’m ready to represent District 10 because I’ve been serving it for years already.

My mother was a single mom for several years. She raised my two sisters and me, working two waitress jobs, the only jobs she could get. I watched her go to work sick. I watched her go to work exhausted. She didn’t complain. She didn’t quit. She worked. She taught me that if you treat people with dignity, work your tail off, and live by strong moral principles, this country will reward you.

That’s the America I believe in. A nation driven by merit. A nation that rewards hard work, service, and sacrifice, not one run by wealthy elites and insider political animals who spend their time socializing in the D.C. swamp while regular Americans struggle. We don’t need more career politicians detached from real life. We need principled, battle-tested leaders who understand work, faith, and responsibility. I want my children, and your children, to inherit an America where opportunity is earned, character matters, and Christian values still guide the greatest nation on earth.

Here’s your preview to the State of the Union.
In a little over a year, President Donald J Trump has:
- closed the Border
- Stopped the flow of drugs into our country
- stopped the flow of illegal immigrations
- gotten the respect of our adversaries around the world
- he’s taking on inflation
- he’s slashing regulations
- and he’s working hard to fix what Biden has broken.

It’s early voting. Get your family and friends out there and vote for an outsider who’ll get to work for TX-10. I fought for my country in Iraq, I fought for my country on the border and I’ll fight for Texans in Washington!
