On occasion, we step out from behind our screens and immerse ourselves in physical activity. This weekend, we got back to our roots and wreaked havoc on the Nike Women's 15k in Toronto as well as tackled Enchanted Rock with a green-leashed Pup, Mason, in arms the entire way up.
