Interesting!! Freeze your fruit then take it with you so it will still be cold!!
Make quick and easy fruit salads for the week. Use your favorite fruits: strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, bananas, etc. Add a splash of orange juice and throw it in the freezer overnight. By the time lunch time rolls around, the fruit will be thawed but still cold, and you're ready for a healthy lunch.
