Made for Austin summer. β˜€οΈ
Hiramasa with Tom Kha broth, Thai chili oil, Asian herb emulsion, smoked trout roe, and Asian pear. Cool, bright, and exactly what we want when it’s hot out. 🌱

We really like our vegetables.
On the grill, in a dish, or stealing the show on their own. πŸ₯•

Inspired by Southeast Asian coffee shop culture, the menu brings together noodles, rice dishes, kaya toast, and kopi: the kind of spread you’d find around a busy table. 🍜

Siti is more than a restaurant. ✨

It’s a story of heritage, hospitality, and identity, shaped by the culinary matriarchs of Southeast Asia. The women who cooked with instinct, memory, and care.
Our menu brings together the cuisines of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines in a way that feels current, while staying close to where it all comes from. 🧑

A table full of dishes, meant to be shared. 🍽️

Woodfire rice noodles. 🍜

Fresh noodles, confit leg, shrimp, that sweet soy glaze. Everything hits the pan, picks up a bit of smoke, and lands on the table ready to go. πŸ‹

Siti starts with memory. πŸ’«

The kind of cooking shaped by family, passed down over time, and made ag*in and ag*in. Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, all part of it, all showing up in different ways on the table. 🦐

A way of cooking that brings people together. 🀩
