Now, our scheduling app suggests the best times to post (who knew our followers loved 8 a.m. on Mondays?) and even drafts replies to comments, but every post still sounds like us.

Recently, we noticed a dip in engagement, so we tweaked our style guidelines for the AI and instantly saw more conversations popping up.

It’s wild how blending automation with real human creativity can make social so much easier, without losing the personal touch.

I’ll never forget the first time our team tried to make sense of a mountain of customer data, endless spreadsheets, late nights, and lots of coffee.
