Is PRP actually worth the money? 👀
The answer is more complicated than most people realize.
Some PRP studies show little to no benefit.
But newer research suggests the dose and preparation may be the real issue — because not all PRP is created equal.
Meanwhile, some clinics are charging thousands for injections without clearly explaining:
🩸 How much blood they draw
🩸 What platelet concentration they’re using
🩸 Why their protocol matters
And here’s the biggest thing most people miss:
No injection can build your knee’s Load Tolerance — your ability to handle walking, stairs, exercise, and daily life without pain.
That still requires progressive, structured loading.
PRP may help the right patient with the right protocol.
But an injection alone is not a complete knee health strategy.
Swipe through for what the research actually says →
If your knees hurt going down stairs, it’s not just about strength 👇
Stairs require your knee to absorb force, not just produce it.
As you step down, your joint takes on compression while your muscles try to control the movement.
If the inside of your knee isn’t tolerating load well, stairs are often one of the first places pain shows up.
When you improve the joint environment and build load tolerance, stairs start to feel easier again.
Stronger knees start from the inside out.

Quick, temporary relief isn’t the goal 👇
That means going deeper than just masking symptoms or jumping into strengthening too soon.
Build healthier, more resilient knees from the inside out—so your progress actually lasts.

If your joints keep flaring up, you might be focusing on the wrong starting point 👇
“When the joint environment improves, the capacity follows.”
Before pushing strength or intensity, your body needs a joint that can actually tolerate load.
Better joint health → better movement → more strength that sticks.
Start with the environment, then build capacity.

If your knee feels fine during a hike but hurts the next day—this is why 👇
It’s not always muscle weakness.
Overloading your knee can stress cartilage, causing tiny cells to irritate the joint lining hours later.
That delayed irritation = stiffness, swelling, or aching the next day.
Real knee health starts inside the joint—not just with strengthening.

Ever finish a workout feeling fine… then your knee hurts later?
Muscles warn you when they’re tired.
Cartilage doesn’t.
Overload happens silently.
Knee pain isn’t random — it’s a Load Tolerance issue (your inner knee's ability to absorb force).

Your knee pain may not be random.
It may be your knee telling you it can’t tolerate the current load yet.
A lot of people try stretching, strengthening, resting, and changing activity, but the pain still comes back.
That’s often because the real issue is Load Tolerance — how much force your knee can handle right now.
The goal is not to guess.
It’s to find the right starting point and build from there.

Stop guessing if your knee is getting better. You can know in 60 seconds. ⏱️
If your knee feels tight or swollen:
1️⃣ Measure around your knee just above your kneecap (in cm + mm).
2️⃣ Measure around your knee just below your kneecap.
3️⃣ Set a reminder to remeasure in 9 days.
If it’s 3 mm (0.3 cm) smaller or more → swelling is going down ✅
If it’s 3 mm (0.3 cm) bigger or more → swelling is increasing ❌
One client reduced her swelling by 3 cm in just 9 days.
Don’t guess. Measure. Track. Improve.
