With the pandemic we have all had our up's and down's emotionally. But what happens when the down's take over? Carin will dive into toxicity & culture!

Carin Ponder, LVT has been in the veterinary industry for over 20 years. She spent 6 years in private practice working in small animal, exotic, and equine practices where she developed an interest in management and a love for teaching. After burning out in private practice, she made the leap to academia where she spent 14 years at Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine assisting in the instruction of anesthesia and surgical nursing to veterinary students. In 2018, an opportunity to combine her interest in management and teaching became available, and she joined PSIvet.

PSIvet is a group purchasing organization that works with independent veterinarians and their staff to increase efficiency and profitability. Carin continues to enjoy engaging with her clinics and helping them achieve their financial and educational goals.
