Hello all! I went through testicular cancer just a few months ago without any health insurance as I was new with my job. As such Iโ€™ve racked up a tremendous amount of bills. This company, Signet Marketing, has allowed me to design a shirt to help raise awareness and all proceeds are being donated to me. If anyone sees this and wants a funny shirt for a great cause, the link is attached. Thank you!

Hola!! I'm having breast reconstruction after breast cancer. I was wondering if you know of a group or organization that can help with the cleaning or cooking while I'm recovering in Austin. Normally my family helps during times like this but this time they can't be here due to the borders restrictions and they live in Mexico. My email is [email protected] if you want to share information. Thank you and have a great day!

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธMedical Freedom + Quality of Life๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

May 15, 2020 + Washington, D.C.

All diseases, all abilities, all mobilities, all needs, all caregivers, all providers rallying for all rights.

๐ŸŽ—๏ธOn March 12, 1990, 475 people went to the Capitol to protest for more rights for disabled. 60 of these brave people set aside the walkers, canes, crutches and wheelchairs to crawl up the Capitol steps. โ™ฟ This widely became known as the "Capitol Crawl". Their determination and bravery led to the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act.๐Ÿ“œ

โ“Why join usโ“30 years after those selfless people fought for ADA laws, the rights of all patients, regardless of disease, ability, mobility, age, gender, race, religion, or veteran status has been infringed upon and crossed.๐Ÿ•โ€๐Ÿฆบ Patients being denied access to treatment, therapies, medications, mobility aides, service animals, and a basic quality of life.๐Ÿฆฎ

๐Ÿฆพ3. To show each other support, kindness, and love.
๐Ÿฆพ4. To validate one another's tribulations and become refreshed with a sense of purpose.
๐Ÿฆพ5. To unify in the direction that a person's medical care is between that person and their provider, whether they be an MD, a DO, a PA, a NP, nurse, physical therapist, massueist, chiropractor, accupuncturist, or any other amazing human that breathes life into our diseased bodies.
