On Wednesday, September 30, 10 AM - 12 PM, meet us for the Williamson Creek Grow Zone Planting! 🌱

Throw on some gloves and dip your hands in the soil, as we'll be planting native trees, grasses, and shrubs along the creek. When you volunteer, your efforts will contribute to cleaner water, erosion and flood control, and a more beautiful green space for the community. 💚

Clean Creek Campus is your ticket to teaching environmental science in a way that's fun, free, and informative! 💡

Our education staff will guide you and your students on a field trip to a creek in Austin. Using lessons planned in partnership with Austin Watershed Protection, students will learn about water quality, aquatic life, and work together to deepen their understanding of local ecosystems.

🐠 Join us for September Clean Lady Bird Lake this Saturday, 9/26!

Cruise the waves on a kayak, or explore the shoreline as you grab litter. And of course, enjoy the morning sun as you leave the waterway more beautiful than before.

Trash travels: the litter and waste we see on the street doesn't stay in one place; it filters into our creeks and ecosystems. This is true of everything from common types of litter, like water bottles and plastic bags, to pet waste.

Luckily, volunteering is a solution to tackle this pollution! Sign up for community cleanups and prevent litter from reaching our waterways. 💧

When you volunteer and collect litter, you leave our shared spaces cleaner and more inviting. You also prevent paper, plastic, and other types of waste from entering the environment.

Dabble in the program by volunteering. We'll be at the Oak Springs Management Area next Monday, 9/21. Help remove invasive plants, reduce litter, and restore the area's ecology by planting native species. 🌱
