July 15, Wednesday, meet at the storefront where we will start our run at 6:15. The Warm-Up will be a 10 to 15-minute easy jog to safely prepare your muscles before hitting the incline. Run up a moderate incline for 60 seconds at a strong effort. Then slowly jog back down to the starting point to recover before the next rep. Finish with an easy 10-minute flat jog and static stretching to prevent tightness.

This post will be updated by 5pm tonight as we are watching the weather. Rain OK, lightning no way. Remember the race will not cancel for rain, we train like we race.
