Had a great weekend at Lance Stacy Pro Sound LLC. The Memorial Day American Legion of Hutto had a service honoring the fallen veterans Friday followed by a band Mopac Traffic Jam. We love doing this event and thank all who gave their life for our country. We did a great show at Volente Beach with LixBox on Sunday celebrating Memorial Day.

It’s been a great couple of weeks working with some of the best in the business and coolest festival! Dysfunction Junction at Waterloo Amphitheater for nurses appreciation day and Sun City Ballroom. A great country band at Bo’s Barn Big in Vegas! A cool benefit with my friend Wade Bowen and one of my favorite festivals Whimsy and Wonder!

The 36th Annual Llano Crawfish Open is in the books and was amazing! It was a great first day on Friday with cajon bands during the day and an old friend who had not seen in over 20 years. Chris Cagle still sings and performs like 20 years ago. My brother John played drums with Chris in the early 2000’s. I have to give a shout out to my friend Weldon Henson opening and put on a great opening set. Saturday was no different with Cody Canada headlining and was awesome. I also got meet Jeff who was with Tim McGraw’s band The Dancehall Doctors for 19 years. Thanks to the Llano Crawfish board for letting me be sound company for the past 15 years! Thanks to crew that worked there but off and my amazing wife, who is always beside me in the crazy sound world.

Lance Stacy Pro Sound was burning up the road this past weekend! Thursday setting up at 2026 Smithville Jamboree and providing sound for The Texmaniacs with special guest our good friend Rick Trevino! Friday morning headed to Burnet to set up for the 2026 Burnet Bluebonnet Festival. I left a crew there to do sound for All Hat No Cadillac and back to Smithville Jamboree to provide sound for the Bellamy Brothers with Lane Bricker closing the night. Saturday was great night of entertainment at Burnet Bluebonnet Festival with Jason Boland and at Smithville Jamboree my friends The People’s Choice Band opening and closing for an amazing guitar player, piano player and singer David Lewis! The crew and I packed it up after the show at the Smithville Jamboree. Sunday headed to Burnet Bluebonnet Festival to load gear in the trailer and home! I have to thank both festivals and their amazing people. I want to thank my wife for being there beside me!

Super busy day yesterday starting in Burnet Jackson Street Jams setting the stage up for the event at 8:00AM. Then deadhead to Georgetown Market Days to help some friends with the sound system. Grab a trailer and on to Rockdale for the annual Fire Department Benefit to set up PA and lights for LixBox leaving a crewman there to do sound. I went back to Burnet to watch a little of Moe Bandy and the band. I finally got to take down the stage and go home.
