Spirit Lab events provide live music soundscapes for contemplative movement and meditation. Jason Traweek is the creator and primary musician.
He is a multi-instrumental musician that specializes in intentional improvised music. Spirit Lab reconnects us with our primal desires to drum, dance, and be in ceremony together with community. Percussionist Jason Traweek creates the sacred space and sounds to celebrate our body’s innate, healing connection to drumming through dance and meditation.

Greetings, friends. I have recently redesigned my website and I'm quite excited about it. I have a bit more information about all of the things that I do, including some of the upcoming music productions. If you're so inclined, feel free to take a look and let me know what you think.
Also, although this page seems pretty quiet these days, we do have ongoing events and an email list that more people seem to enjoy interacting with. That's how most folks rsvp for my events nowadays. I don't know, maybe these pages have become a thing of the past? If you'd like to get on the email list, you can do that on the front page of my site.
