The Law of Reciprocity is a theory in social capital that says people who work together to help one another are going to be more successful. If it is done in a transactional way, it doesn’t work. The Law of Reciprocity has to be RELATIONAL, not transactional.

Remember, no one has ever built a statue to a critic. It can be easy to tell other people what they are doing wrong, and it can be hard to do the right thing yourself. If you want to build strong business networking relationships, refrain from giving unsolicited advice.
