Backbeat is a new bar in Austin, TX. Backbeat is a neighborhood cocktail bar, centrally located in the bustling South Lamar district.
The rhythm of Backbeat comes to life in a stylish, two-story venue including a rooftop patio with stunning views. The Backbeat menu incorporates a curated spirits selection for innovative twists on classic cocktails, highlighting world whisky, rhum, brandy, amari, champagnes and fortified wines, along with craft beers.

We want to thank everyone for their ongoing love and support the past 2 years! We will be closing our doors for the last time after our service June 10th and would love to see all of your wonderful faces between now and then.

1.5 oz bourbon 🥃 5 oz honey5 oz lemon juice 🍋
4 oz boiling water or tea
Optional: Jazz it up with some aromatic bitters, a quarter ounce of a spiced liqueur, or a funky tea 😋
