Hello and welcome to the Official page for Bloodstained Films! My name is Augustine ‘Chainsaw’ Garcia and i specialize in Guerrilla Film making. I am a no budget film maker. I like working with people with no experience and love to give people a chance in being in films. When i was a kid and used to go watch horror films at the drive in theaters, i always dreamed of being in a horror film or making them. As a kid growing up and all, i have always wanted someone to give me a chance at starring in films or anything to do with them but never could find anyone who would give me that chance. Now that i’m older and have worked on building haunted houses back in 1988-1989 and going to college at The Art Institute Of Pittsburgh to further my education on special makeup effects and film making and have succeeded in making a few films of my own and work on helping other students from time to time. I am now a full time horror film director and i am here to give you a chance at being cast in one of my films. You don’t need to have head shoots or resumes, that’s not how i work with people. I work with non-actors that are not affiliated with SAG or anyone with a Union card. I am easy to work with and most of the time we improvise instead of going by the whole script, so you really don’t need to learn all your lines when acting. We don’t use CGI or Green Screens at all. I make 70’s/80’s throwback horror films. We are always open to suggestions and ideas when working on set or a location. We always welcome new talent such as SFX artist and other horror film makers to join together as one here at Bloodstained Films and you are all welcome to post and share your makeup/filmmaking work onto this page as well. My goal is to build a strong community of productive and creative filmmakers to come together and make those 70’s/80’s horror films we enjoy watching, because together we make it happen!
