Look what our college kids have been up to…
So proud of our Ghana team for tackling mental health issues head-on!
The unspoken things turn out often times to be the things that drive our lives. How often do you take care of your mental health. In Ghana, mental health is a foreign language we don’t know how to speak. Here at Touch A Life, w’re trying to change the narrative. We had our maiden edition of Mental Health Workshop this January. Over the weekend our college students were trained on Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by a community psychiatric Nurse specialist & A drug addiction professional at the department of psychiatry -Korlebu, Ghana.
It was an educative experience where students were enlightened on PTSD, its causes, symptoms and general treatment of PTSD.
TAL fam, we have some big news coming this week! Stay tuned to see an exciting development with one of our students!

Every child deserves a chance to live a life free from exploitation. This January, let’s amplify our efforts to raise awareness about child trafficking and support Touch a Life’s unwavering mission.
30% of children in Ghana are involved in some form of child labor. 45% of students will not progress from primary to secondary school.
But, Touch A Life is changing those statistics, step by step. Follow along this month to see how we are changing things for good. 💪🏼🇬🇭
