Good luck to all the Smart Sport athletes taking center stage in the next few weeks. From the Buffalo Springs Lake Half Ironman triathlon to the Western States 100 mile endurance run and the World Masters Athletics Championships, exciting times are ahead!

It was a great weekend for Smart Sport athlete (and RunSmart supporter) Rita Quibell, who took a double at the Canadian Masters Championships. Rita won the 800m and 1500m in W55. Onwards to Sacramento and the World Masters Athletics Championships!

The highest level of training in the McKenzie Method is the Diploma. Worldwide, there are only 330 practitioners that have attained this level of training. One of those 330 is right here at SSI!
