Pick one platform where you can engage, inspire, and provide solutions for your target audience.

For several years now, Instagram and Facebook have been my go-to platforms. I started out using Facebook only.

I used to get sales organically and was content until my sales decreased.

I then transitioned to paid ads and absolutely love that I made that move.

🧑‍💼If you're just getting started with social media, these 4 tips will help:

💡Tip 1. Find 2 people in your industry to model (not copy) and check out their social media pages. What do they post? How do they engage with their audience? What solutions do they provide? How many followers do they have?

💡Tip 2. Create a 7-day plan for posting and immediately implement the plan. Your first post should take place after you have gathered the information. *Don’t wait til later or next week.

💡Tip 3. Build your following/friends. Add 5-10 new friends daily. Message them and say something like this: “Hi Name, I absolutely love your post about XYZ. I totally can relate to what you said. If you don’t mind, I’d like to stay connected with you. Please accept my friend request.” *Add a smiley face or a hand wave. Don’t pitch your products/services.

💡Tip 4. Like and comment on your new friends’ posts regularly. This is how you build rapport.

Allow yourself to make tons of mistakes. Analyze and tweak those mistakes. And then keep at it.

You are rewarded for your commitment and consistency.
