This has been may favorite moto museum since its inception. Mr. Barber gave us quite a gift, and anyone who finds motorcycles, or just early-days combustion mechanisms interesting, should give this place a day (or two) of your time. I home Mr. Barber is resting in piece and proud of what he championed and wrought.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of George Barber. He built more than an organization—he built a community.

We are grateful for his vision and leadership, and we will share additional information in the days ahead.

2025 DP Brakes CMRA Contingency Program

DP Brakes are excited to announce that we will be contingency sponsor for the CMRA Race Series, for the 2025 season. Awards will be in the form of product certificates towards DP Brakes purchases.

Certificates will be for $30 for 1st, $20 for 2nd and $10 for 3rd in the following classes:
• A Superstock - Expert and Novice
• C Superstock - Expert and Novice
• D Superstock - Expert and Novice
• 500 Superstock - Expert and Novice
• Ultra Lightweight Endurance – 1st, 2nd and 3rd Overall

Requirements for eligibility:

• Rider MUST be using DP Brakes on their bike. Will be checked at tech inspection.
• DP Brakes decals must be displayed on both sides of bike
• Rider MUST list DP Brakes as a sponsor when registering for races, through social media and on the podium.

Product availability & redemption of certificates:

DP Brakes will be available through Roger Albert of OnRoad OffRoad Cycles at the track, by emailing [email protected] or by phone at 512-288-8431. Plus, www.ororcycle.com

Product award certificates will be redeemable ONLY through Roger Albert.
Note: Each DP Brakes contingency certificate will expire one year from receiving.

Is the problem that AI is remarkably stupid for even pretty trivial, data-based tasks, or that I'm not cool enough to have a torque wrench that goes 11,000rpms. Never mind that the given torque is perfect for removing threads.

From the AI: The recommended torque for the brake rotor disc bolts on a BMW S 1000 RR is 113 Nm at 11,000 rpm.
