Hey People! I know the picture of the guy in the hooded sweatshirt and gloves hunched over the computer is kind of corny and all. BUT....this is a real problem that is happening right now to homebuyers and sellers! If you are in the middle of a real estate transaction or considering buying a home, beware of con artists and scammers who can RUIN a transaction.
