What I know for sure is that today is ’s birthday! Your legacy is through each person who has been impacted by your life to live their best lives. I am grateful to be one of those people. When you have learned, you teach us how to raise human consciousness, be still and have good intentions. Here’s a carousel of meaningful memories from hugging my mum to supporting initiatives from over the years.

It’s with a heavy heart to share the passing of , who left this world on December 10, 2025. Born in October 2010, Tibs filled 15 wonderful years with love, laughter, curiosity, and countless memories for one of my best friends and all those who got to meet Tibs. Whether he was chasing shadows, demanding head scratches, or greeting us with those gentle purrs, Tibs brought joy to everyone lucky enough to know him. His playful spirit and comforting presence through Rich’s photos over the years.

This year has been filled with both sorrow and gratitude. We said goodbye to Rich in June 2024, someone whose love for Tibs was as deep as it was steady. Rich and Tibs were inseparable for many years; their bond was quiet but profound. Rich had a gentle way of speaking to Tibs that always made you believe Tibs truly understood every word. I loved the moments I got to spend with Tibs on my visits.

After Rich passed in June 2024, Tibs found special care and companionship with his good friend Tony Nguyen, someone who opened his heart and his home so that Tibs could continue to feel loved and safe. Tony stepped in with kindness and warmth, ensuring Tibs’s days were filled with comfort, attention, and affection. For that we are endlessly grateful.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Tibs 🐾

I’m saddened to hear of the passing of . It was an honour to serve with during community college and to meet her at its 20th anniversary. I’ll always cherish our conversation about how every individual has a role to play in making a difference. Since then, I’ve continued mentoring to help nurture compassionate leaders through its program. Thank you, Dr. Goodall, for inspiring the world to act locally so we can think globally. 🐒 🌎

Last week, I was invited to be a table leader for ’s annual See Us Give event which helps encourage rising community leaders to give back locally. , Lifestyle & Entertainment Host for ’s “We Are Austin”, served as this year’s keynote in a fireside chat with Brandon James . Over delicious dinner, participants were guided through a meaningful conversation to expand our understanding of giving and local impact, energizing them to take immediate action for the causes they care most about. It was so awesome to connect with new and familiar faces.
