🌸While I believe gratitude and reflection should be practiced every day, I also understand the value of having a day to pause, reflect, and appreciate.

🌻In my work as a nurse and lactation consultant, I’ve had the honor of supporting mothers & caregivers through many different journeys. Each one is unique yet all bound by the same threads of love, struggle, and deep care.

🏵 I’ve also played many of these roles myself and have experienced firsthand the complexities, losses, and challenges that come with them.

🌹Today and every day, may we honor the many forms of mothering. Rooted in love, woven with both joy and pain, and worthy of care. ✨️
