📍 Location: SW Austin, TX�🕒 Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Must be available early mornings through 2 PM
Packages must be dropped off at the post office by 2 PM daily
💰 Pay: Competitive, based on experience�📦 Job Type: Part-Time (with growth potential)

🔧 Responsibilities:
Pack and label 50–150 orders per shift
Deliver all packages to the post office by 2 PM
Maintain a clean, organized, and distraction-free workspace
Flag and solve minor issues with shipments
Work independently and stay on task

About Us:

We are a fast-growing luxury and premium reseller specializing in high-end clothing, handbags, and accessories. We pride ourselves on offering top-tier products and exceptional service to our clients worldwide. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team and support daily operations across photography, inventory management, shipping, and online listings.

Key Responsibilities:

Photograph luxury clothing, handbags, and accessories using a high-quality smartphone camera

Create compelling, accurate product listings for our website and online platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Poshmark, etc.)

Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and professional manner

Organize and maintain inventory, including tagging, shelving, and categorizing items

Track and update inventory using Excel or similar software

Assist in managing and posting to social media accounts to promote new arrivals and engage followers

Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently

Requirements:

Must have own transportation

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Excel and general computer usage

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Good eye for style, aesthetics, and product presentation

Experience with online selling platforms is a plus

Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Flexible schedule; availability on some weekends is a bonus

Compensation & Terms:

Initial 90-day period as an Independent Contractor

Opportunity for W-2 employment and commission-based incentives after successful completion of the probationary period

Flexible hours with potential for growth and expanded responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce, or resale

Knowledge of luxury brands and authentication processes

Basic photo editing skills (optional but a plus)
