These are photos from the BEDROOMS!... and the party room. Can the buyers of this house adopt me so I can live in one of these rooms?
I saw this stone and had to find a way to show off that vein. I was going to initially use it for an integrated stone sink but felt like it need a more center stage. I used just as amazing of a piece for the sink, you'll see.

Don't forget to look up. This roofline brought to life from the vision of is everything and more. When you come see the house, you have to go into the yard and just see how the back roofline wings out.
While building, we had steel posts holding up the wing until the second story was built. The second floor is holding down the patio overhang.
Too hard to explain. You'll have to just come look.

We've been quiet for a minute as we have our heads down finishing projects. This is a moment in our next house for sale that one lucky buyer will get to appreciate every day.
The reeded plaster is hand made over 3 weeks and 5 layers. The marble is used to wrap the niche. I might have teared up a little when I saw it done and it made me catch my breath.
I'm excited to show more spotlight moments leading up to this house getting on the market.
That's a wrap on 2025! Throughout the year, boots hit the ground, trails were improved, invasive plants eradicated and stewardship stayed strong. From maintenance and restoration to education and advocacy, every step forward was made possible by dedicated staff, volunteers, partners and supporters, like you!
