Holly and Schuyler! I wish I even had words for how incredible these two humans are! Two of the most loving, accepting, inviting and beautiful individuals and even MORE so within their relationship! I could not love them more. Their wedding day was mostly an overcast one. Even up to the day before, it was forecast to rain the entire day. We DID still get a good downpour, but thankfully it stopped just before our outside photos. We went ahead and moved the ceremony inside since it had gotten pretty muddy and every square inch of that room was packed with people who truly adore them. The night was filled with dancing, drinking, alternative hits, and then wrapped up with a pool jump!

The Garland Wedding! 🧡💚✨ WHAT-A-DAY! (See what I did there?! 🍔😆) They had over 200 Whataburger items at their wedding! So naturally after the big day, we had to stop on the way home at the Whataburger Rachel + Aaron frequented in their early dating days and fell in love at! It was an honor to capture another Critz gal on her wedding day! Congrats Mr. + Mrs. Garland!!

Having a fun and laid back wedding day was Maggie & Tom’s #1 priority, and they definitely accomplished this!

They were married at Hotel Ella in downtown Austin. Since nearly all of their guests were from out of town, it was the perfect place to give them the ATX experience!

I’m obsessed with the bridal photos we took of Maggie inside the hotel bar. 📸 (I’ve really been enjoying flash lately!) The bride & groom photos we took later by the mid-century modern pool are also my favorites.

Really though, I loved their whole wedding style. The reception tables were covered in colorful flowers, pink water goblets, and the coolest table number cards. The rainbow sprinkle cake was iconic.

Congratulations, Maggie & Tom! This was one heck of a party

Our Story

Monarch Event Rentals was formerly known as Chiavari Chairs of Austin, which was started in 2009 to service central Texas with a more affordable provider of high quality chair rentals. With the bride on a budget in mind, Monarch began offering more than just chairs, rapidly becoming one of Austin’s premier providers of everything needed to throw an amazing party including, tables, glassware, linens, furniture, and tents.

Monarch is proud to consider themselves a specialty “boutique” rental shop, where you can create custom looks with the hottest trends. The company prides itself in being “not too big” but “not too small” either. Every customer is given detailed attention with no matter how large or small the event.
