The best thing this week has been watching so many of you stop by and pick out the flavors that have become nostalgic and memorable to you. Hearing, “This was always my favorite,” or the story of when you first tried a certain bonbon has reminded me that these chocolates became part of your memories, too.
My Orange Juice with Almond Butter Vegan Bonbon is especially personal. It was inspired by childhood mornings when my mom would make us fresh-squeezed orange juice every morning with toast and almond butter—a simple breakfast that always felt like a hug made with love.
So to see this nostalgic little piece of my own story featured as The Austin’s Dish of the Week feels incredibly special, especially at this moment. 🥹✨
Thank you for celebrating these flavors. This may be one of the sweetest things I get to take with me from this journey. 🍫🧡🤘🏼🙌🏼

The End of a Beautiful Chapter 🤎
With a full heart, I’m sharing that Cinful Sweets will be closing.
After five unforgettable years, my lease has come to an end, and I have made the incredibly difficult decision not to renew it. Saying goodbye to my creative chocolate shop—and to the dream, love and hard work poured into it—is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.
Five years ago, I opened Cinful Sweets because I believed chocolate could be more than something delicious. I believed it could be art.
But this dream began before I ever opened the doors, before my first sale.
My younger brother, Jorge, believed deeply in me. When he passed away, he left me as a beneficiary of his life insurance—a final gift that opened what I have always called my road to “YES.”
Yes, create it.
Yes, take the risk.
Yes, believe in yourself.
And I did.
For five years, I worked with heart, discipline and boy was I tenacious. I created chef-driven flavors inspired by my Hispanic heritage and Texas home. I treated chocolate as my canvas. I built and trained a team, taught my Austin community, created things I never thought possible, and worked with incredible customers and companies who trusted my creativity again and again.
Together, we started a conversation about The Art of Chocolate.
This is not how I imagined this chapter ending, but I refuse to look back with anything other than gratitude and pride.
We did it.
I took my road to “YES,” and I ran with it.
I created boldly. I took risks. I made mistakes. I made beautiful things. I made people happy.
To my customers, my corporate clients, my team, my friends and everyone who believed in Cinful Sweets—thank you. You allowed me to live a dream and create something that was truly mine.
Jorge believed in me before Cinful Sweets ever existed.
I hope I made him proud.
I know I made myself proud.
I hope someday another chocolatier, pastry chef, artist or dreamer sees what we created and thinks, “If she was brave enough to try it, maybe I can be brave enough too.”
Thank you, Austin, for allowing me to show you The Art of Chocolate. 🤎

Something wicked is setting at Cinful Sweets. 🖤
At first glance, they’re beautiful.
Look a little closer… and things get strange. 👁️
Sweet. Spicy. Unexpected. Maybe even a little sinister.
Our 2026 Halloween Collection wasn’t created to play it safe. Each bonbon has its own personality, its own flavor story—and at least one of them has a bite you probably won’t see coming. 🌶️🔥
From Matcha Horchata to Strawberry Black Sesame, Candy Corn, and the dangerously addictive Inferno — jalapeño jam + mango cheesecake… this collection lives somewhere between trick and treat.
But there’s still one question:
Which one are you brave enough to try first? 👀

Matcha + Horchata = a match made in the afterlife. 💀💚
Creamy. Cinnamon-y. Earthy. Unexpected.
Meet Matcha Horchata, here for spooky season only.

Meet Carmela 🍫✨
Carmela joined Cinful Sweets as a dishwasher, but her incredible artistic talent quickly stood out. With her patience, creativity, and attention to detail, she transitioned naturally from painting on canvas to painting with chocolate—and was soon promoted to Chocolatier.
Today, Carmela brings our most intricate creations to life. Every delicate detail and every chocolate shoe is handcrafted by her. Her remarkable patience, loyalty, and dedication to our brand shine through in every edible work of art she creates. We are so proud to have her as part of the Cinful Sweets family! 🤎

Meet Genevieve 🍫✨
Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Genevieve traveled over 4,000 miles to Texas to pursue her culinary dreams. A 2024 graduate of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, she brings a background in baking and pastry and a growing passion for chocolate.
Since joining Cinful Sweets, Genevieve has been honing her skills in tempering, confectionery, and custom chocolate work—with a special focus on mastering our signature breakables and showpieces.
Her work has made a lot of people so happy. We’re excited to watch her creativity and craftsmanship continue to grow! 🤎
We packed the chocolates, loaded the car, popped up all over Austin, met so many incredible people—and made a whole lot of sweet memories along the way.
Summer, you were SWEET. 🍫☀️
Now… who’s ready to see where we pop up next? 👀✨
