In Austin, wellness just got a whole lot cuter. 🐶🧘‍♀️

A new Puppies & Yoga studio opened in East Austin and it’s exactly what it sounds like. Each 75-minute session includes 45 minutes of all-levels yoga followed by 30 minutes of puppy playtime.

Litters (7–12 puppies) are never mixed, and the pups come from local breeders to help them safely socialize before heading to their forever homes. Some are already pre-adopted while others are still waiting to meet you.

In a city that embraces both vibes living dogs, Puppies & Yoga may just be the most Austin way to practice presence yet.

Stretch. Smile. Maybe fall in love. 💛

Mason Sieling is a photographer who now shares her time between Austin and Denver. Her work spans engagements, family portraits, wedding activities, and editorial storytelling, with a deep focus on capturing moments as they naturally unfold. Drawn to quiet exchanges, fleeting expressions, and the emotion that lives between poses, she creates imagery that feels intimate and honest. Blending creative direction with technical precision, Mason’s photographs are rooted in softness and intention—telling stories that feel timeless, personal, and deeply felt.

By working intuitively and allowing space for natural movement, Sieling create images that feel honest and lived-in, capturing stories as they are felt rather than staged.

🍕🍺 Austin Flavor Stop: Pinthouse Pizza
Good pizza, great beer, zero pretense—that’s the magic of Pinthouse Pizza, the beloved Austin brewpub with four locations across Austin and Round Rock. We dove into “The Works” pizza, a loaded classic stacked with Ezzo pepperoni, Canadian bacon, sausage, green peppers, garlic, roasted mushrooms, and red onions over rich red sauce and melty cheese. Every bite hit that perfect pizza sweet spot.
isn’t just about pies—they brew their award-winning craft beer on site, with playfully bold names like Electric Jellyfish and Scorpion Disco. The Electric Jellyfish IPA stole the show with bright mango and tropical aromas—an easy win for IPA fans.
Looking for something lighter? The Sundance Salad was a standout surprise with fresh arugula and roasted cauliflower—a welcome, flavorful twist on the usual restaurant greens. And don’t skip the Das Pretzel: warm, freshly baked, and served with your choice of dipping sauce. So good we almost ordered a second.
Whether you’re here for pizza night, beer tasting, or both, Pinthouse delivers that laid-back Austin vibe we love—delicious, creative, and always fun.

🥖✨ JoJo’s Bakery is a family-run, Texas-inspired, European-style bakery tucked into the Cuernavaca community—and it’s been a lifelong dream realized for founder Lily Swartz (Painter), who grew up in the neighborhood. After training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and honing her craft in Chicago and Austin at spots like Commodore Perry Estate, South Congress Hotel, La Patisserie, and Bittersweet Pastry Shop, Lily brought her talent back home.

The bakery is named after Lily’s grandmother, Joann—“JoJo”—who believed deeply in sharing love through food. Her legacy lives on through JoJo Bread, a potato sourdough made from a multigenerational starter and now the star of the bakery, showing up as cinnamon rolls, kolaches, and sandwich loaves.

And yes—we ordered their Christmas cookies this season, and they were fantastic. Beautiful, nostalgic, and genuinely delicious—the kind you’re proud to put out for guests (and maybe hide a few for yourself).

JoJo’s Bakery is quickly becoming a go-to for everyday treats and special celebrations alike—and a true community gem.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending time at and , and the experience was nothing short of unforgettable.

At PaperCut, the drinks were next-level—thoughtful, beautifully crafted, and meant to be savored. Add in an incredible art show and the genuine friendliness of the team, and it’s the kind of place that instantly feels like a creative hub.

Inside the space at Konbini, we were blown away by the creativity on the plate and walls. The Japanese cuisine from chef Michael Carranza was bold, inventive, and deeply delicious, perfectly paired with stunning artwork that turns dinner into a full sensory experience.

From inspired cocktails to unforgettable cuisine and art, this duo is a must for anyone who loves where food, drink, and creativity collide in Austin.
