Precision Pedicab Manufacturing is now accepting pre-orders on batteries for a limited time.

These are the same type of battery that sold prior to the pandemic. The first batch has been running strong since October 2018, with very few requiring any repairs. Many are operating in rental fleets and in individuals pedicabs with great success.
Subsequent batches are also doing well.
Many riders report all day run times, and getting 50 miles or more per battery charge. (Each bike is different. Hilly or rough terrain and heavy bikes require more power and may get shorter runtimes.)

Unfortunately times have changed, and costs of batteries and shipping has increased. To further complicate things, US ports are inundated with container ships needing their consumer goods unloaded, causing 2 month delays in getting containers off of the ships. Worse yet, the cost of air and sea shipment has more or less tripled.
Those things being said, we have had to increase our prices and delivery times are longer. We have been able to work out an shipping option to send batteries directly from China to individual buyers that arrives much faster at an added cost.

Battery cost for slow boat delivery to Austin Texas is $900. estimated arrival to take 60 to 90 days. Local pick up in Austin Texas only, or special special arrangement can be made at additional cost.

Cost for battery delivered to buyers address via Air transit is $1200, with an estimated delivery time of 30 to 40 days.
Feel free to ask questions. I'm sorry that things are slower and more expensive that before. I wish that things could be different.
All post sales support or warranty issues will be handled by Precision Pedicab Manufacturing.

This is so very sad for me to say. I’m leaving the pedicab industry. Product orders, and day to day questions or concerns should be directed to David Knipp (). Precision Pedicab and Movemint Bike Cab will go on in Dave’s good hands with the capable assistance of our welder, mechanic, and fabricator John Watson as well as other members of our staff and support network. I’m stepping away from day to day operations and will play a technical roll in product support and development as I pursue other adventures.
For my entire time as a cab lord and then pedicab manufacturer I’ve pushed to raise the level of professionalism among operators and help them make more money. I believe under normal circumstances, with modern equipment and good sales skills, that pedicabbing can support a comfortable life. But then a pandemic struck. It has rocked out industry’s foundations and has made it very difficult for small specialty manufacturing shops to survive. We decided to move closer to the community we serve, scale back our footprint and staff (me) to help the company as a whole survive this difficult time. We do see a future of much greater success than what is available now. For all these things and the concerns of family, children and a need for greater stability to craft a more prosperous future for myself and and my kin, I must say good bye. These have truly been the best 13 years of my life. I’ve loved the challenge and have found myself in the fire of your adversity. Friends, I will miss you.

It’s spare wheel mount! Easy peasy on and off. And because uses a custom fork built around a pedicab “rear” wheel, all three wheels can be swapped.
