We are honored to welcome Paul H. Smith, PhD, as a keynote speaker at Psi Games 2026.

A former member of the U.S. government's Star Gate remote viewing program, Paul served for seven years at Ft. Meade and was personally trained by remote viewing pioneers Ingo Swann and Dr. Harold Puthoff. He authored the military's Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) training manual and helped train some of the field's most recognized practitioners.

With more than 1,000 operational and training sessions to his credit, Paul remains one of the most experienced and influential figures in remote viewing today.
